On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, Ogle + Stone planned and executed the DOF COOKOFF, an outdoor cooking competition for companies in the Oil and Gas sector. Our team, along with our partner, Aura Designs, was responsible for the complete management of the event, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants and attendees.
We handled all aspects of the event's aesthetic, from the initial concept to the final setup. This included creating a cohesive look that fit the outdoor setting and the competition's theme. We also managed the day-of logistics, including contestant registration, vendor coordination, and the flow of the competition. We ensured that all aspects of the event ran smoothly and on schedule.
The DOF COOKOFF was a great success, and we were proud to provide the full suite of services that brought the vision for this event to life.
